EZSchoolpay does not link family accounts.
We do not automatically link students into family accounts. If you would like your family linked, please call the Kitchen Manager at the school your students attend and request that your students be linked as a family. We now have the option to link an entire family regardless of which schools the students attend. If you would like your entire family linked please call, we would be happy to link them.
Low-Balance Email Alerts with EZSchoolPay.com
Parents are able to receive low-balance email alerts with
EZSchoolPay.com . This is a great tool for helping you anticipate and avoid interruption of your student's meal service.
The default low-balance level for all parents is 0.00. In order to receive a low-balance message your student's meal balance would have to fall to a negative amount. Of course, you are able to edit your parent profile and increase the low-balance level to something that makes sense for you. The higher you set the reminder level the more advance notice you will receive.
You will only receive one email alert when your student's balance drops below your reminder level. To get another reminder, you would have to make a payment to increase the balance above the reminder level and then have the balance fall again below the reminder level.
In the email alert, you will have an option to disable receiving future messages if you wish.
If there is any question about your student's meal account it is always best to consult with your student's school cafeteria manager for a complete account history report.
