5) |
Q |
Is there a registration fee? |
 |
A |
Yes. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25 per student. This fee helps cover DFCE's administrative costs. It is a one time fee that covers enrichment classes from June 2009 through the end of May 2010. If you already paid this registration fee for our summer 2009 program, you do not need to pay it again till next summer. This fee is separate from the Kid's Club or Child's Play registration fee. |

Q |
What happens if a class is canceled? |
 |
A |
Since DFCE programs are self-supporting, each class has a minimum number of students required to cover expenses. Those classes that do not meet the minimum number of students are subject to cancellation. If that should happen, every effort will be made to notify you by telephone and to find you an alternate class, or process your refund. Refunds are made by check and may take up to six weeks processing time. DFCE reserves the right to cancel classes based on class size, and to change, without notice, any of the information published in the schedule of classes. |
